PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sports fields act as the stage where local legends find their glory. Turning a patch of grass into a professional arena requires a sharp eye and a steady hand. Daily tasks involve chalking perfect foul lines and packing clay like a master sculptor. Irrigation repair and agronomic practices keep the turf healthy enough for any championship game. Operating tractors and heavy machinery turns the outdoor world into a personal workshop. Lifting 50 pounds provides a daily workout that beats any local gym membership. Snow removal duties call for essential action when winter weather hits the city. Professionalism and respect guide every interaction with the neighbors who use these spaces.

Maintaining safe playing surfaces keeps the community active and engaged. A smooth infield ready for the first pitch remains the ultimate reward for a job well done.

Think of these ballfields as a giant puzzle where every blade of grass and bag of clay must fit together perfectly to let the game begin.

The hiring rate is $21.07/hour.
