Love being outdoors and helping people? This role puts you right where the action is! As a Parking Services Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, keeps traffic moving smoothly, and helps ensure our parking areas are safe, organized, and easy to navigate. You’ll work alongside our Security team, stay active throughout your shift, and play an important role in creating a positive first impression for everyone who arrives.

What You’ll Do (and Be Great At!)

  • Greet and assist the public in parking areas with a helpful, upbeat attitude

  • Patrol parking lots on foot to keep areas safe, secure, and running smoothly

  • Direct traffic and help prevent congestion during busy times

  • Watch for potential issues and report concerns to the appropriate team members

  • Work under general supervision while taking pride in your role as a problem-solver

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in parking services, cashiering, or a similar customer-focused role
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills—you enjoy helping and informing others
  • Comfort using a computer, including Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to stay on the move—this job involves plenty of walking
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, days, and weather conditions
  • If driving is required, the ability to meet and maintain Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance requirements
