Essential Responsibilities:
Support post‑M&A legal integration activities, including coordinating and tracking integration deliverables related to commercial contracts, compliance requirements, privacy operations, adoption of policies, legal entity integration and consolidation, and merging legal systems.
Assist with the review and integration of acquired company contracts into GE HealthCare contract management processes, including summarizing key terms, identifying first‑level legal and business issues, supporting remediation, and facilitating convergence onto GE HealthCare standard templates.
Support the identification, tracking, and mitigation of legal and compliance risks associated with integration activities, including monitoring obligations, deadlines, remediation efforts, and post‑closing requirements.
Assist with legal entity integration and consolidation activities, including supporting entity rationalization initiatives, coordinating entity‑level documentation, maintaining accurate entity records, and partnering with internal stakeholders on execution of entity‑related integration tasks.
Support the coordination and integration of acquired company’s litigations, governmental and internal investigations, and claims coverage, including collecting and organizing matter information and documentation, maintaining trackers and records, and partnering with external counsel to support ongoing management and integration of such matters.
Coordinate across legal, compliance, finance, IT, human resources, procurement, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate timely, accurate, and effective execution of legal integration workstreams.
Assist with the integration and harmonization of acquired company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks into GE HealthCare standards, including documenting gaps, tracking remediation actions, and supporting implementation efforts.
Provide project management support for legal integration initiatives, including maintaining trackers, timelines, dashboards, and reporting materials for legal leadership and cross‑functional integration teams.
Support engagement and coordination with external counsel and vendors related to legal integration activities, including document and information collection, execution management, post‑closing follow‑ups, billing coordination, document archiving, and records maintenance.
Responsibilities
Identify, frame, and drive resolution of complex challenges related to legal integration, including commercial contracts, compliance, legal entity consolidation, privacy, corporate governance, employment and operations.
Drive development and execution of a detailed Legal integration project plan with Legal team stakeholders while accounting for the unique business objectives, challenges, and complexities of each acquired business.
Coordinate and manage integration tasks across the entire Legal team for multiple acquisitions simultaneously and at different phases of integration.
Support development of integration budgets and day-to-day integration activities.
Organize and lead Legal integration meetings and agendas including kickoff meeting, functional group meetings, and regular syncs.
Monitor, track, record, and report workstream progress to regularly produce consistent and clear status reports for the Legal team, core integration team, and executive audiences.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate from an accredited institution, or high school diploma with at least five years of contract management, paralegal, or similar contract, legal or executive administrative experience
Experience in support of contract negotiations, litigation, corporate transactions and government filings preferred.
Ability to work independently under general direction, with latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Proficient with the Microsoft Office product suite (including Microsoft Excel) and willingness and ability to learn new software tools.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work effectively and professionally at all levels within the organization, including senior management.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
