Under broad supervision, responsible for assisting attorneys on moderately complex projects. Prepares routine legal documents. Leads researchers on legal issues and administering law department activities. Responsible for updating the company law library with current changes in legislation and for keeping management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company

Responsibilties
Assist attorneys on moderately complex legal projects under broad supervision, providing research, analysis, and administrative support. Prepare routine legal documents and ensure compliance accuracy. Act as a liaison between internal legal teams, external counsel, and organizational stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. Lead research on legislative changes, court rulings, and regulatory developments impacting the organization. Manage law department activities, including updating the company law library and ensuring timely dissemination of legal updates to management and staff. Contribute to legal projects and support risk mitigation through accurate documentation and reporting.
