Liberty Global

Paralegal

London Full time

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in either our London King’s Cross or Bradford office. The role offers hybrid working.

This position will provide vital commercial and transactional support, with a particular focus on contract review and negotiation, as well as the effective management of legal processes and documentation.

Working closely with senior lawyers and key business stakeholders across Liberty Blume, you will play an important role in managing legal risk while supporting the efficient and timely delivery of commercial activities. The role demands strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence in managing end‑to‑end document workflows.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, contributing to both new and existing ventures and supporting the ongoing growth of the business. Positioned at the heart of day‑to‑day business operations, this role is ideal for someone keen to develop and refine their legal and administrative skills. There may also be opportunities to shape and expand the role over time as the business evolves.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of the NDA process end‑to‑end, including negotiation, approvals, template upkeep and execution workflows, in line with agreed legal playbooks.
  • Draft and review Statements of Work, Change Requests, service level agreements, order forms and other transactional documents to support Liberty Blume’s sales activities.
  • Support senior lawyers and procurement teams with the drafting and review of sales and procurement agreements, including master services agreements, software and SaaS contracts, as well as ongoing template maintenance.
  • Assist with commercial and M&A due diligence, including contract reviews and the preparation of clear, concise summaries.
  • Oversee document management processes, including record‑keeping, contract management systems and monitoring legal inboxes.
  • Confidently handle document comparisons, formatting updates, version control and electronic signing workflows.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative in taking ownership of contract administration and governance within a growing business.
  • Provide general support across the legal team as required, contributing to a collaborative and responsive function.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential:

  • An undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Law or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a paralegal, contracts manager or similar legal/commercial role.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, including NDAs, Statements of Work and service agreements.
  • Strong drafting ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of technology literacy, with experience using tools such as CLM systems, Microsoft Office and AI-enabled solutions to manage and improve contracting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach, with a strong ability to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
  • High ethical standards, good judgement and a professional, responsible approach.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting sales, procurement or corporate transactions in a commercial environment.
  • Exposure to software, technology or SaaS contracts.
  • Experience assisting with due diligence exercises or M&A activity.
  • Fluency in an additional language.
