The Paralegal, Global Labor & Employment Law, supports the effective operation of the Global L&E function by delivering paralegal, administrative, research, and case‑management expertise across employment law matters. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of employee claims, garnishment and subpoena responses, global legal billing coordination, compliance reporting, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program management. By strengthening legal processes and providing critical case support, the paralegal enables counsel to drive efficient, high‑quality delivery across the global legal organization.

As a Paralegal, Global Labor & Employment Law, you will be responsible for:

· Managing and serving as Program Administrator for the Company’s internal Solutions Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.
· Coordinating the receipt and processing of early‑stage employee relations claims filed by Baker Hughes employees.
· Overseeing employee claims reaching the mediation or arbitration stage of the ADR process and acting as billing coordinator for invoices submitted by third‑party agencies.
· Providing paralegal support to Global L&E legal counsel assigned outside of the U.S., including onboarding external law firms and serving as billing coordinator for their engagements.
· Reviewing garnishments, subpoenas, and employee records requests and collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate Company responses.
· Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on employment litigation case status, trends, and activity as required.
· Performing legal research, managing case files, maintaining the L&E docket, and identifying urgent matters requiring attorney attention.
· Investigating, compiling, and organizing records and drafting routine legal documents for attorney review.

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a degree‑level education, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
· Have demonstrated experience supporting employment law or litigation processes within a corporate legal department or law firm.
· Have strong case‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, HR stakeholders, and external partners.
· Have strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
· Have proficiency in MS365 applications and comfort navigating legal and case‑management software tools.
· Having experience working with international stakeholders or cross‑border legal processes is advantageous.
· Having familiarity with mediation or arbitration processes and billing workflow management is considered a strong advantage.
