Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support the legal team in providing high-quality legal services to clients. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with legal procedures.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence.
Assist attorneys with case preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Review and analyze legal documents and discovery materials.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
Manage calendars, filing deadlines, and court submissions.
Assist with document filing in state and federal courts (including e-filing).
Prepare case summaries and reports for attorney review.

Qualifications of the Paralegal
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred but not required.
2+ years of paralegal experience
Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and case management software.
Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
