About the job
• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing a broad range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, corporate resolutions, compliance forms, and intellectual property (IP) filings.
• Support the onboarding and management of franchise partners by ensuring proper contractual documentation, compliance verification, and alignment with corporate legal standards.
• Conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and IP-related matters, summarizing findings for internal counsel and supporting ongoing projects.
• Maintain and update legal databases and document-management systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of information.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, compliance requirements, and franchise-related obligations, helping ensure business continuity and legal consistency across regions.
• Evaluate existing documentation workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, proposing enhancements that increase efficiency, consistency, and legal robustness.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally complemented by a Paralegal Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal administrative role, preferably within an international or corporate environment.
• Experience handling licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance documentation, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of contract management workflows, legal document organization, and compliance processes.
• Highly organized and able to work with precision, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and structure legal information clearly and accurately.
