Objective
Work with onsite team to respond to client inquires and concerns. Ensure quality pantry and office service delivery to client. Follow up with user to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Operations Excellence
Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the office pantry, reception, and meeting rooms.
Maintain general neatness of office, clear dustbins, and overall pantry cleanliness.
Disposal of rubbish from pantry and/or workstations.
Regular wiping of pantry tables. Maintain a positive attitude and greet staff & visitors.
Prepare and serve drinks/fruits/snacks to senior management, staff & visitors In-charge of all pantry supplies and stocks including organizing and stock-taking
Manage coffee and/or drink machines including cleaning and topping up.
Washing of cups, utensils regularly and operate the dishwasher including topping up of detergent.
If any of the above duties being done by cleaning vendors you are responsible to ensure the task is done well and to supervise the work
Order, update and maintain pantry and office supplies inventories
Ensure cleaning chemicals have Safety Data Sheet (SDA) and stored correctly
Maintain the safety, cleanliness and tardiness of the Store Room
Cover the duties of Receptionist during lunch break or the absence
Willing to attend courses related to the task assigned
Report to FM if you face any challenges of your task
Attend to any other duties assigned by Superiors
Key Result Areas
Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services
Based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP)
Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met
Required Skills
At least 1 year experience in similar tasks/ field would be an added advantage.
Basic communication of the English Language.
Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking individual.
Good health status.
Cleaning experience preferred.
Aware of the various chemicals used for cleaning
Basic Food Hygiene certified will be an advantage.
Any other courses relevant to the job
Strong interpersonal skills with a service mindset (customer oriented)
Team player and able to work independently; able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
Flexible, confident, motivated, energetic and trustworthy
Passion for quality and has an eye for detail
