Job Overview
Under guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.
Essential Functions
• Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.
• Perform interviews in local language.
• Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.
• Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.
• Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.
• Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries
• Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Primary Market Research Req
• Analytic and creative problem solving skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł75,400.00 - zł140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
