结合团队中央的准入策略在区域落地执行,确保公司不同生命周期重点产品最大化关键医院和患者可及; 以KA联合跨部门搭建区域(省/市级)医院管理学术平台,聚焦医院管理层建立战略合作伙伴关系; 带领团队创新方式推动关键医院院企合作,总结并转化为推动业务的可执行的策略方案,支持公司业务目标可及; 团队管理,建立和培养团队人才梯队,执行专业推广,遵守正确的行为规范
