About the role
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms, primarily LinkedIn, with support and guidance from the paid media team.
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget pacing, bid adjustments, and creative rotation.
- Take ownership of assigned paid social tasks and campaigns, reporting on performance and learnings while staying aligned with broader paid media goals.
- Collaborate with paid media stakeholders to track, interpret, and report on key paid social metrics such as spend, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor platform updates, new features, and paid social best practices, and proactively apply learnings to campaign execution.
- Collaborate with senior paid media specialist in planning and executing paid social tests across audiences, messaging, formats, and creative variations, and help document results and insights.
- This role reports to Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social or paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads; experience with additional paid media platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and autonomously, taking ownership of outcomes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced English: written and spoken.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll confidently manage assigned paid social campaigns, contribute thoughtful performance insights, and proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities while continuing to grow your paid media expertise with guidance from the team.
