About the Role: Paid Social Account Manager
MG OMD is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to lead the paid social account – one of the UK’s most iconic retail brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, fast-paced client that sits at the heart of British retail culture.
The Paid Social Account Manager role sits within the Paid Social team at MG OMD and supports the delivery, optimisation and performance of paid social activity across assigned client accounts. The role works closely with Account Directors, senior team members, clients and media partners to deliver high‑quality paid social campaigns aligned to agreed strategies and client objectives.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role. The Account Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day platform management, analysis and optimisation, while building strong client relationships and developing technical, commercial and strategic expertise in paid social.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across major platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snap
• Translate media plans and strategic direction into effective day‑to‑day activation
• Monitor performance and make informed recommendations to improve results
• Support testing and innovation through structured test‑and‑learn frameworks
• Contribute to paid social input for planning work and pitches where required
• Act as the day‑to‑day client lead, providing clear updates, recommendations and guidance
• Work closely with Account Directors and senior team members to deliver against account objectives
• Collaborate with other specialist teams to support integrated planning and activation
• Communicate performance updates, insights and recommended actions clearly
• Build strong working relationships with platform partners and vendors
• Support delivery of paid social activity in line with commercial agreements, budgets and forecasts
• Monitor budget pacing and performance daily, escalating risks or issues when required
• Contribute to accurate forecasting, reporting and end‑of‑period reconciliation
• Follow established QA, audit and governance processes to ensure compliant and high‑quality output
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and responding to audit requests and actively monitor audit readiness and performance, working closely with Accountability leads to address findings, implement improvements and ensure consistent compliance.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
