Job Description

The Automation Specialist is the "builder" within the Media Investment team, dedicated to eliminating manual workflows and creating high-efficiency media operations. This is a technical role focused on using third party tools and AI agents to connect disparate media platforms, automate reporting, and build custom QA tools. You will serve as the technical glue between media buying platforms and the team’s daily productivity, ensuring that the human specialists spend their time on strategy rather than "copy-pasting" data.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Workflow Design: Architect and maintain automated workflows using tools to connect media platforms with internal communication and reporting tools.
  • Internal AI Agent Development: Build and deploy custom AI agents (e.g., using LLM APIs or Custom GPTs) to assist the team with task-specific needs like naming convention audits or creative tagging.
  • Media Scripting: Write and maintain lightweight scripts (Google Ads Scripts, JavaScript, or Python) to automate routine account maintenance, such as budget pacing alerts.
  • Automated QA Systems: Develop "pre-flight" automation that automatically verifies campaign settings against Insertion Orders (IOs) to prevent human error during the setup process.
  • Data Aggregation Pipelines: Build automated connections between platform APIs and team dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into performance without manual exports.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media operations, ad tech, or technical marketing roles.
  • Proven portfolio of building multi-step automation scenarios
  • Foundational coding skills (e.g. JavaScript or Python) specifically for the purpose of querying APIs or manipulating data sets.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS) and how platform APIs structure this data.
  • Process optimization mindset - someone who is naturally inclined to find a technical solution for a repetitive manual task.

Shift Timings:- 11.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST
