Paid Media Manager - B2B SaaS (Remote, Portugal, UK, Finland)

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who can balance paid search & conversion rate optimization (CRO) with long-term demand generation in paid social. 

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and demand capture. On one side, you’ll own paid search and CRO - driving direct pipeline impact and measurable ROI. On the other, you’ll architect paid social campaigns that build long-term demand and brand momentum. 

From a paid social perspective, this role works closely with global campaign managers, field marketing teams, and brand & creative to bring global and localised campaigns to life. You won’t be operating in a silo; strong collaboration and communication skills is a must. 

You’ll need excellent hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and the ability to turn performance data into clear stories and smart decisions. 

This is a fully remote role, and we’re open to hiring from Finland, Portugal or the UK. 

The Role 

As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, optimise, and evolve performance marketing programmes that support both long-term demand creation and short-term pipeline goals. 

You’ll be trusted to prioritise the right work, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve performance across channels. While this role is strategic in nature, it’s not hands-off. You’ll stay close to the data and the platforms, and you’ll be expected to own outcomes, not just activity. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own paid search strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads, with a clear focus on pipeline and ROI
  • Lead conversion rate optimisation across paid search landing pages 
  • Define the audience strategy, campaign structure, and experimentation roadmap for paid social campaigns.
  • Work closely with global campaign managers, regional field teams, brand & creative, and content, to activate campaigns effectively
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance pacing across channels
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies across the funnel
  • Turn complex data into clear performance narratives for stakeholders
  • Design and run structured experiments across keywords, ads, audiences, creative, and landing pages
  • Maintain strong platform governance, tracking accuracy, and measurement consistency 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering high ROAS and pipeline impact through Google Ads paid search
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing and how paid channels work together
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is advantageous
  • Retail and Manufacturing industry experience is a nice to have but not required
  • Highly analytical and confident at presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global marketing organization
  • A genuine interest in AI and how it can drive meaningful change in paid advertising and optimisation
