
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who can balance paid search & conversion rate optimization (CRO) with long-term demand generation in paid social.
This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and demand capture. On one side, you’ll own paid search and CRO - driving direct pipeline impact and measurable ROI. On the other, you’ll architect paid social campaigns that build long-term demand and brand momentum.
From a paid social perspective, this role works closely with global campaign managers, field marketing teams, and brand & creative to bring global and localised campaigns to life. You won’t be operating in a silo; strong collaboration and communication skills is a must.
You’ll need excellent hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and the ability to turn performance data into clear stories and smart decisions.
This is a fully remote role, and we’re open to hiring from Finland, Portugal or the UK.
The Role
As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, optimise, and evolve performance marketing programmes that support both long-term demand creation and short-term pipeline goals.
You’ll be trusted to prioritise the right work, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve performance across channels. While this role is strategic in nature, it’s not hands-off. You’ll stay close to the data and the platforms, and you’ll be expected to own outcomes, not just activity.
