Paid Media Internship - B2B Marketing

Overview 

AvePoint is seeking a driven and analytical Summer Paid Media Intern to support global advertising initiatives tied to major campaigns and key industry events. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and full-funnel Go-To-Market (GTM) digital marketing activations. 

You will work closely with the AMER marketing team to help execute and optimize paid media programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a high-impact opportunity for candidates interested in building a long-term career in enterprise digital marketing. 

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other experimenting advertising platforms  
  • Assist in building and launching campaigns aligned to major product launches and industry events 
  • Help implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise accounts 
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying optimization opportunities and support executing optimizations tests 
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance summaries for internal stakeholders 
  • Contribute to testing strategies for Ads creative, Ads messaging, and audience targeting 

  Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree, ideally graduating within the next 12 months 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data  
  • Native in Google Analytics & Advanced Excel  
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams 
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and enterprise sales environments 
  • Digital Media Marketing internship experience 
  • Hands on global/international media buying experience 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms 
  • Prior Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environments 

The typical base compensation range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour.
