What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a  Paid Media +  Insights Manager to join a project-specific team. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail oriented, analytical thinker who has a deep understanding of the  paid and organic media landscape. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing social media campaigns. You will also utilize industry 3rd party tools and proprietary data to uncover campaign insights/reporting to storytell and effectively position campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create paid social media campaigns for brand partners, and optimize campaign spend / find opportunities for campaign efficiency to improve return on ad spend
  • Manage campaigns at a variety of budget levels and make informed recommendations on budget allocations both internally and to clients
  • Planning, placement, and optimization as needed for search platforms, inclusive of search ad copywriting and creation of Google Paid Search Campaigns
  • Handle regular/ad hoc reporting pulls for paid and organic content across various teams, as well as assisting with comprehensive wrap reports as needed
  • Collaborate with teams and communicate impactful insights and analysis, performance, and recommendations on a regular cadence to business partners
  • Drill into trends, test hypotheses, and become an expert on social media measurement
  • Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Visualize findings legibly using charts, tables, and infographics, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data 
  • Comprehensive social monitoring to maintain a pulse on sentiment across multiple social channels
  • Social listening tool setup including keywords, query parameters, and dashboards

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of social media, digital, agency, and insight/storytelling experience
  • Deep familiarity with back-end publishing and platform and analytics tools (i.e. Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter)
  • The ideal candidate will possess advanced data analysis skills, peeling back layers of data to look into the drivers of data trends and turn that information into cohesive stories with an ability to extract, interpret, and easily communicate data and trends
  • Passionate about digital and social media, thrives on the challenge of “creating stories” with raw data, and has a solid understanding of digital audience measurement and research best practices
  • Experience doing quantitative data analysis using a variety of tools (Excel, SQL, etc)
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills, must be detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with analytics visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or Tableau and syndicated research/data tools (i.e. comScore, Etc)
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse audience/social team utilizing a variety of tools for content optimization across different social platforms including: TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat and Instagram
  • Well versed in paid media and social promotion, understands best practices and is adaptable to evolution of social products

Compensation & Job details:

This is a hybrid position working in office Tuesday-Thursday in Los Angeles, CA. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000.
