About the Role:
Dow Jones is seeking a Paid Media Associate to join the Paid Media team in support of Barron’s and MarketWatch. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with working in paid media. The paid media team is data driven, collaborative, and open to all ideas in order to help achieve growth goals.
You will report to the Paid Media Manager and work cross-functionally with teams across the marketing organization including, but not limited to, Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Brand, Audience, and Data Science.
You will work on-site in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week.
You will:
Deploy digital media spend across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, X, etc.).
Work closely with the broader Paid Media team to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met.
Be hands on in-platform - building campaigns, optimizing targeting and audience strategy, and monitoring creative performance.
Manage and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance results.
Actively report, track and optimize performance of digital media campaigns. Make recommendations and provide updates to the Marketing Team.
Work closely with platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, X, etc..) to identify opportunities; understand their best practices and recommendations for improving digital media at Dow Jones.
You have:
0-2 years' experience in digital media.
Background with driving brand media KPIs a plus.
Hands-on experience with building and managing digital media campaigns.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the league to achieve success.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Base Pay Range: 55,000 - 70,000
