The Central Engineering group mission is to advance Marvell's technology leadership and engineering excellence by delivering industry-leading IP and design services. As part of the CE Packaging group you are expected to provide engineering support to all other BU's as needed, as well as maintain, develop and innovate in our execution flows as new technologies emerge.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead and Inspire
    • Manage and mentor a team of development engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
    • Define team objectives, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive Technical Strategy
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership team to form the technical direction of automation flows and EDA methodologies in advanced packaging.
    • Oversee evaluation and deployment of new Marvell custom/ internal tools to support Advanced Packaging design engineers improve workflow execution speed, thoroughness and innovation.
    • Oversee evaluation and deployment of new tools and technologies with vendors.
  • Collaborate Globally
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align CAD solutions with technology roadmaps.
    • Represent the team in internal technical forums and strategic planning discussions.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence
    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and optimize Packaging EDA automations workflows for scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical foundation in automation development (Python, scripting) and EDA tools for PCB/Package design (Cadence, Ansys, Keysight, etc.).
  • Understanding of advanced packaging technologies (e.g., 2.5D CoWoS) and design flows is a plus.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or technical project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with proprietary EDA languages (SKILL, AEL) and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of signal/power integrity and hardware design methodologies.
  • Experience working with global teams and external vendors.
