Summary:
We are into Distribution Solutions and cater to building solutions that help in managing the backend needs of Mutual Funds Portfolio. We are on the lookout for a candidate who has a flair for technology, who has developed and delivered quality solutions by properly understanding the business needs (both technical & non-technical), who can navigate within and across the spectrum to solve real business problems with the right technology and who can seamlessly work with team & the business to overcome any challenges. Technically we are looking at someone who can develop web APIs, user interfaces, data/batch processes in the financial services industry. Responsibilities:
Uses current programming languages and technologies and leverages testing methodologies
Analyze, design, develop and modify the software for high-quality solutions and architecture.
Interacts with stakeholders and users to define information needs and system requirements.
Determines operational feasibility by reviewing business requirements, problem definitions, and specifications to propose and execute on solutions.
Automates tasks and creates efficiency through tools and scripting.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, studying flows, creating proof of concepts, and through continual learning.
Recommends changes in policies, procedures, and architecture.
Performs code review, testing, debugging, validation and verification of applications.
Adheres to Software Engineering and Information Security Controls and aligns with industry best practices and enterprise architectural strategies.
Takes ownership to ensure that documentation and procedures are maintainable and current.
Continual focus on delivering client value, developing iteratively to act quickly on business opportunities and problems.
Requirements:
Primary:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
5-8 years’ of Full Stack Development Experience
Experience with Java 8+, Spring framework, UI Designs & Java design patterns.
Experience in developing Spring Boot and Microservices applications.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JS frameworks and libraries
Should have working experience in Java Web application development, Java multithreading & support
Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent RDBMS
Experience in optimizing SQL query performance
Experience with AngularJS or related
Responsive design and/or mobile application experience
Working knowledge of IBM MQ
Experience in working with JUnit and Mockito
Experience working with Cucumber and Gherkin
Ability to write high-performance, reusable, testable code
Experience in information security controls, prevention, and resolution of vulnerabilities
Experience in working with UNIX operating system
Knowledge of Jenkins or similar technology for build, deployment, and automation
Secondary:-
Knowledge of application migration to the cloud environment
Knowledge on any LLM & Agentic AI is an added advantage

Ability to articulate technical concepts and address user concerns
Experience working with Agile, Kanban, or other iterative development environments
