P2P Senior Analyst

You will work as a P2P Senior Analyst in Costa Rica to manage and improve procure-to-pay processes. You will partner with internal teams, suppliers and finance partners to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) operations: Oversee activities from purchase order creation to invoice reconciliation and payment, ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requests.

  • Resolve supplier issues: Investigate and address supplier and internal GSK user queries and payment discrepancies in collaboration with accounting and procurement teams, while monitoring supplier balances and aging to ensure timely settlement and accurate records.

  • Drive process efficiency: Use data to identify opportunities for improving P2P efficiency, support process standardization, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and user experience.

  • Maintain systems and data integrity: Support system transactions and master data maintenance in ERP and related procurement tools.

  • Monitor and report performance: Validate and report weekly/monthly KPIs, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to enhance performance.

  • Act as point of contact for escalations: Serve as SPOC for customer escalations and complex P2P inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in procure-to-pay, accounts payable, or supplier accounting; experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.

  • Systems Knowledge: Practical experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms; familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or similar tools.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with process improvement initiatives and P2P controls.

  • Compliance & Audit: Familiarity with internal audit or compliance processes.

  • Language: Proficiency in both English & Spanish (Written & Spoken)
