Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt processes from development fab to high volume best practices.
  • Become subject matter expert on 193 and 248nm photolithography processes and consumables.
  • Support and assist equipment engineering and co-develop processes with them for high volume manufacturing.
  • Design and run experiments to troubleshoot process and equipment problems, yield improvement and cost saving opportunities.
  • Analyze data from experiments, equipment logs and lot history to improve key process indicators.
  • Work with other area process engineers in cross-functional teams to optimize photolithography processes
  • Push processes to minimum tech best practices for cost savings.

Required Qualifications:


Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in photolithography


Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in photolithography, with process development experience and/or integration experience preferred.
  • Strong background in problem-solving techniques and reliance on data.
  • Understanding of semiconductor equipment, unit processes, and integration to explain these concepts to non-technical staff and those outside of photolithography.
