1. Works with department leadership to ensure the tactical and strategic needs of the programs are well described, understood and that the required outreach activities are delivered upon.
2. Manage a large number of projects with competing priorities and timelines.
3. Assists in program effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term opportunities.
4. Serves as a liaison for the department, providers, patients, and families to provide customer support.
5. Provides daily lead support and supervision of staff to ensure prompt, courteous service to patients, providers and co-workers with all patient interaction.
6. Works with department leaders to standardize procedures and operations to all sites.
7. Plans, organizes, coordinates & accomplishes objectives for outreach meetings.
8. Manages physician schedule to ensure coverage and utilization of all appointment slots are met.
9. Coordinate patient outreach for those patients to ensure quality standards for continuity of care.

2. This position will develop various conferences and fund-raising events, this job will also require travel and working at partner sites.

2. Ability to interact effectively with a variety of healthcare providers and other contacts.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
