This position reports directly to our Chief Medical Officer and plays an integral role at our Carlsbad office. It is part of our Part-Time Flex program and is classified as a W-2 employee role, meaning we cover all employment taxes, malpractice and liability insurance, and provide access to our 401(k) plan. As a Psychiatrist at Headlight, you will work in a hybrid model—spending 2 to 3 days per week in our Carlsbad office—supporting both direct patient care and our Spravato Program.
