Join the Movement!

Finding a PT job is easy. Finding a good PT job is hard. We built the movement for clinicians who want clarity, support, and a sustainable career, not just another offer.

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a proud affiliate of Highbar Physical Therapy, is a premier, PT-led outpatient practice across New England.  We are a teaching practice by design, focused on empowering clinicians to practice at the top of their license while delivering exceptional patient care. Our care model is intentionally designed to prioritize clinical autonomy, reasonable caseload expectations, and built-in mentorship, so Physical Therapists can grow confidently without burning out.

What Your Day Actually Looks Like at Peak:

We believe clarity builds trust. Here’s what you can expect:

Patient volume: Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 12 patients per day
Visit structure: 1:1 patient care
Documentation: AI-supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours documentation
Schedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules
Care decisions: PT-led clinical autonomy—you decide the plan of care
Support staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on being a clinician

If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That’s part of the job design - not an afterthought.
