Full-Time, Hybrid Role

You will contribute by:
Translating engagement requirements into compelling graphics that communicate a clear story, while consulting on recommended design approaches (including optimal formats and styles)
Leading the execution of OurBrands POS kits, social posts, sell sheets, and digital and print creative in alignment with brand guidelines
Ensuring design standards are upheld across all communications while exploring new interpretations of the brand
Recommending, researching, and developing current trends and experiences to support creative strategy and execution
Collaborating closely with the OurBrands team to develop and manage timelines in coordination with external partners and vendors
Contributing across both tactical execution (e.g., presentation design) and strategic initiatives (e.g., pitching creative concepts for communications campaigns)
Supporting team direction and providing guidance as needed to ensure high-quality creative output
We’re looking for candidates with:
Background in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in CPG, private-label, retail brand support, or product design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short lead times
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset
Self-direction and motivation to take projects from concept through final design
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and creativity
Creativity, technical capability, and a strong sense of graphics, typography, and layout
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on macOS, along with experience creating templates and presentations in Office 365 (PowerPoint), Google Slides, and Keynote
Working knowledge of HTML
Experience designing digital and social assets for internal and external channels, adapting creative for multiple formats and placements
Working knowledge of preparing files for review, production, and release, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications across channels
Experience using digital asset management (DAM) systems to manage, source, and organize creative assets across multiple brands and product categories
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a leadership role
Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices, retail stores, distribution centers, conferences, and events as needed, including some overnight travel
