Job Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all financial operations within the assigned Operating Unit, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, IFRS, and local statutory regulations.
* Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the OU, guaranteeing accurate and timely financial statements.
* Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
* Partner with OU leadership to provide financial insights, analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
* Manage the budget and forecasting cycles for the OU, including detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
* Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for efficiency improvements within the OU.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning for the Operating Unit.
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are well-maintained and readily available.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals within the Operating Unit.
* Collaborate with other corporate finance functions and business units to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting designation strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or controller role within a multinational corporation.
* Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting principles.
* Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and present clear, concise recommendations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively partner with senior leadership.
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or similar industry within a large enterprise is highly desirable.
