About the Job
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in OTC, with expertise in billing, collections, and cash applications. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with government institutions, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and resolving issues to maintain operational flow. Additionally, the candidate will actively contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives.
Qualifications
Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Economics.
Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Software: MS Office (Advanced), ERP (Intermediate).
Technical Skills: OTC Process, Relationship with government institutions. Logistics Process.
English Level: C1
Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have).
Responsibilities
Knowledge of OTC process, including billing, collections and cash applications.
Maintain strong relationships with government institutions.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Resolve issues efficiently to maintain operational flow.
Actively contribute to process improvements through participation in Kaizen initiatives.
