The OTC Analyst (Order to Cash) is responsible for managing and optimizing key OTC processes, including Collections, Cash Application, and Invoicing.
This role ensures process compliance, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams. The specialist will also support performance improvement initiatives and maintain accountability for end-to-end OTC activities.
Manage and optimize Order to Cash processes, including collections, cash application, and invoicing.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to reduce overdue balances.
Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation and reconciliation.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Maintain compliance with company policies, financial controls, and internal procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Support reporting and monitoring of OTC performance metrics.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide timely updates on account status.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) or Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Intermediate Excel skills.
English level: B1 (intermediate).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
