Your Role:
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options
Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team
Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans
Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care
Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions
About You:
Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required
Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required
Experience with dental software programs is required
Strong customer service experience
