Responsibilities
Lead strategic organization and operating model design projects that deliver measurable business impact.
Diagnose and configure capabilities, structures, processes, and people practices to enable organizational strategy and effectiveness.
Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business needs.
Provide thought leadership and coaching on organization design best practices, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Track and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of organization design initiatives, using data-driven insights for ongoing improvement.
Champion a systems approach to organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment across high-impact initiatives.
Build trusted advisor relationships and influence senior leadership to drive successful transformation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in organization development, management consulting, or a relevant field.
Proven success leading significant organizational design initiatives from diagnosis through execution.
Deep expertise in organization design, systems thinking, and organizational development methodologies.
Strong business acumen and ability to tailor design outcomes to enable business success.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or related field.
Graduate degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Multi-industry experience.
Experience with digital transformation, AI-driven HR solutions, or related technologies.
Experience leading large, multi-functional teams and projects.
Familiarity with process redesign and design thinking.
Travel Requirements: Up to 25%, primarily for key client events
