As a member of the Enterprise Capabilities business line, you will report into the OCM Chapter Lead and have many opportunities to contribute to the business development while providing project and transformation services and solutions to partners across Roche.

As a (Senior) Organizational Change Manager, you will partner closely with (potentially multiple) mid- to large-scale projects and stakeholders to lead and implement the ‘people side of change’ ensuring successful change experience design, organizational readiness, behavior change and adoption. You will also connect with and inspire your colleagues, helping to shape the future of our organization.

  • Strategic Alignment: Aligning vision, values, and culture through targeted interventions, leadership alignment, and active stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategy & Assessment: Creating a holistic change management strategy integrated into project plans, based on thorough change impact and risk assessments.

  • Actionable Planning: Developing and mitigating readiness risks through specific deliverables, including communication, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.

  • Implementation: Owning and driving the end-to-end execution of all defined Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans.

  • Network Building: Establishing and managing an active change agent network to cascade sponsorship and ensure engagement and adoption objectives are met.

  • Data-Driven Metrics: Collaborating with project teams to define people-success criteria, metrics, and KPIs to form the basis of a data-driven OCM strategy.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on progress and potential risks to ensure the successful implementation of the change strategy.

  • Coaching & Partnership: Consulting and coaching project teams, sponsors, and line managers, while partnering with HR to ensure processes and structures support the change.

Who You Are

  • Core Expertise & Education: Requires deep knowledge of Change Management (Prosci, ACMP), Project Management (CSV/GxP), and Agile/Lean methodologies, ideally supported by an academic background in social or behavioral sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology).

  • Communication & Collaboration: Must be a fluent English communicator capable of building trust, simplifying complex concepts, and working effectively with diverse, virtual, and cross-cultural teams to generate enthusiasm.

  • Mindset & Leadership: Demonstrates a growth mindset, customer centricity, and VACC leadership, with a commitment to upholding a psychologically safe environment and a proactive willingness to work across strategic and hands-on levels.

  • Facilitation & Versatility: Experienced in moderating workshops (physical & virtual) and applies knowledge in capabilities such as Agile Coaching or Business Analysis, with additional exposure to performance consulting or digital marketing being a plus.

  • Organization & Execution: A well-organized team player able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a "big picture" view, utilizing data-driven and systems thinking to drive progress.
