Organisational Effectiveness Leader - Defence

As the Organisational Effectiveness Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of the Defence wide approach to talent management, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, performance enablement and team development in support of the Defence strategy. Work with Senior Leaders, People Partners and Head Office to develop a robust and fit purpose process and programs to progress key work streams to address business priorities to enable the development of our People
What you will be doing
Responsibilities
Collaborating with Senior Leaders, People Partners and the Head Office TLOE team to develop robust and fit purpose process and programs to progress key work streams to address business priorities to enable the development of our People
Setting and delivering to the business talent cycle including leading discussions with the Defence Leadership team to advance our progress on TLOE. This includes talent reviews, performance management discussions and team/leadership development discussions
Support key work streams that will enable the delivery of the Defense TLOE strategy
Collaborate with the Head Office team to input into and align to Group Talent, Leadership, Engagement and Inclusion strategy and requirements
Support the roll out of systems capability which enables talent, leadership and OE
Collaborate with the Heads of People Partnering to upskill People Partners
Work with external partners, as required, to bring in best practice, to increase and facilitate internal and external best practice sharing

Who we’re looking for
Proven experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations OR Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations
Demonstrable experience in creating, leading and implementing, systematic and forward-thinking talent, leadership and organisation effectiveness strategies to deliver the business people strategy
Demonstrable experience of working with global change management programs in and outside of the Talent, Leadership and Capability space
Experience partnering with business leaders
Demonstratable ability to diagnose issues and develop appropriate solution
