The Team
The COO Tech & Transformation domain drives strategic transformation and technology operational excellence. The domain consists of four subdepartments with several teams under their leadership: 1) CTO Development & Support, 2) Change & Transformation, 3) Product & Service Management, and 4) Reporting & Insights (CDO).
You will report to the Lead CTO Development & Support and contribute to one of the three pillars of COO Tech & Transformation: Creating transparency: delivering data-driven insights to strengthen governance and accelerate informed decision-making.
Roles and responsibilities
As Organisational Development Consultant, you will:
Lead and shape the quarterly KPI and CTO–CIO Performance Conversations (QPC) reporting. As delegate report owner, you will coordinate inputs across domains and entities, challenge and elevate CIO inputs, and turn data into clear narratives for senior management. You will also continuously improve the QPC reporting to enable more effective steering and decision-making, and ensure audit readiness.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO on strategy execution and organisational development. You will take on assignments on behalf of the CTO, such as preparing and preparing MT dialogues, analysing and improving organisational effectiveness, and strengthening data-driven steering and decision-making across the CTO organisation.
