As an Order to Cash Analyst based in Sunway Pinnacle, Selangor, you will join our Finance team to support crucial financial processes, primarily focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Management and Treasury operations for our regional counterparts, specifically Korea.
This role is an excellent entry point into finance, where you will gain hands-on experience in cash management, credit administration, and collections. You will contribute to maintaining a healthy cash flow and reliable financial reporting, utilizing your language skills to effectively communicate with our Korean market.
The Opportunity
You will process Accounts Receivable and Treasury tasks strictly as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your core responsibilities will include executing cash application, remittance reconciliation, and managing unidentified/unallocated receipts and open items.
You will assist with credit management and support collection management efforts, ensuring timely payments and coordinating with sales teams on overdue accounts.
You will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and assist in reconciling Inter-company AR balances.
You will serve as a key point of contact for operational support, liaising with customers for balance confirmation and dispute resolution, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Who You Are
You hold a Degree or Diploma in any field, or equivalent.
Experience & Background: We are open to Fresh Graduates with no prior work experience or non-related study background, provided you have a high interest in pursuing a career in Order to Cash/Finance. Candidates with up to 1-2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Management or general accounting are also welcome.
Language Requirement (Mandatory): You must have strong proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken), as this role is vital for supporting the Korean market.
Language Requirement (Good to Have): Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage, as it may be required to support Taiwan if needed.
You are a proactive learner with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in financial processes and compliance.
Familiarity with SAP or SAP S/4Hana (or other major ERP systems), Google and MS Office tools (especially Excel) is a plus.
You are available for a fully office-based position at Roche's Sunway Pinnacle office.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable, Credit Management & Treasury Operations
Process Accounts receivable, credit management and treasury tasks as per Service level Agreement.
Execute cash application and remittance reconciliation accurately and within specific timescales.
Follow up on unidentified open items in clearing accounts during daily/monthly bank reconciliation.
Generate statement of accounts to customers, track and resolve disputes, and assist with the dunning process for overdue accounts.
Support month end, quarter end and year end closing activities.
Demonstrate good customer service skills while liaising with customers, including monitoring of daily sales order status.
Documentation & Controlling
Ensure all work documentation and processes meet internal control and compliance requirements.
Perform back-up function and other duties, including job rotation, as required.
Transformation/ Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with customers and stakeholders.
Engage and support the teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
