We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated O2C Accountant (Order-to-Cash) who wants to work in a modern, international environment with opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and work with the latest finance technologies.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage and validate sales orders in Salesforce & SumUp Shop to ensure accurate automated billing and revenue recognition (IFRS).

  • Handle end-to-end trade receivables: allocations, disputes, credit notes, aging, impairments, and dunning processes.

  • Support VAT and sales tax compliance in multiple countries and assist with internal and external audits.

  • Perform period-end revenue analyses, investigate variances, and provide insights to finance and business teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

  • Work daily with modern tools such as Slack, Notion, Langdock, and AI systems like ChatGPT and Gemini.

 

Who you are

  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounting (ideally Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash).

  • Good understanding of billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes.

  • Comfortable working with reports, data checks, and audit documentation.

  • Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Fluent in English (daily communication with international teams).

  • Another European language is an advantage but not required.
