We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated O2C Accountant (Order-to-Cash) who wants to work in a modern, international environment with opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and work with the latest finance technologies.
Manage and validate sales orders in Salesforce & SumUp Shop to ensure accurate automated billing and revenue recognition (IFRS).
Handle end-to-end trade receivables: allocations, disputes, credit notes, aging, impairments, and dunning processes.
Support VAT and sales tax compliance in multiple countries and assist with internal and external audits.
Perform period-end revenue analyses, investigate variances, and provide insights to finance and business teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Work daily with modern tools such as Slack, Notion, Langdock, and AI systems like ChatGPT and Gemini.
2–3 years of experience in Accounting (ideally Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash).
Good understanding of billing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes.
Comfortable working with reports, data checks, and audit documentation.
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Fluent in English (daily communication with international teams).
Another European language is an advantage but not required.
