What you will do:

The Customer Service Order Processing Representative is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery. This role involves ensuring accurate order entry, timely processing, and effective communication with customers to provide exceptional service.

How you will do it:

  • Order Management: Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct.

  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve any issues.

  • Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze order processing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies and procedures.

What we look for:

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service and order processing, preferably in a similar industry.

 Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in order management systems and Salesforce.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

Hours: Full-time position. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime as needed.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $19- $23 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, 
knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market 
data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects
