Order Management Analyst

The Role: Order Management Analyst.

The Team: This team is responsible for, focused on the compliance, timeliness and accuracy of processing customer orders, renewals and cancellations. The timeliness and accuracy of orders will ensure revenue recognition accuracy, SOX and business rule compliance and customer delight.

The Impact: This job focused on compliance with timeliness and accuracy in validating and processing customer new and renewal orders and also the cancellations.

  • Review and approve new sales, amendments, and renewals in Salesforce CPQ against agreements and compliance checklists.

  • Process orders from deal creation through to billing, including validation of contract terms, billing frequency, product and pricing accuracy, and invoice grouping.

  • Execute manual interventions for milestone billing, including updating order products and releasing invoices based on Proof of Delivery (POD).

  • Release revenue by managing performance obligations and recognition dates in accordance with signed paperwork and POD.

  • Run and validate Order Management review and test reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records of order management activities in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with audit and control requirements.

  • Ensure invoices are correct and dispatched timely to business partners.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and ongoing process documentation initiatives.

  • Support recurring and batch billing automation as required, following set guidelines for invoice scheduler and renewal processes.

  • Work closely with the CSS team to perform workarounds and resolve issues when system problems arise with Salesforce CPQ, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
