This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Mexico. Candidates must be based in Mexico and be able to travel to the office in Guadalajara as needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Order Management Analyst will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a driver of critical revenue processes - working in lockstep partnership with sales leadership, account teams, and internal stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance, partnerships, professional services, and more). You will provide next level support in securing the accurate and timely processing of orders.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end management of the order close process and subscription management process
  • Reviewing order documentation, purchase orders, and legal agreements to validate accuracy and compliance with internal policies and controls
  • Accurately booking opportunities in SFDC systems and ensuring that data is appropriately reconciled against the order 
  • Collaborating with a global team of order management professionals to resolve non-standard order issues
  • Ensuring order data is properly transitioning between downstream systems and departments
  • Owning the resolution path for order discrepancies, working in partnership with Sales Teams and Deal Desk on timely resolution
  • Working with internal stakeholders to quickly resolve order issues and answer order related inquiries
  • Proposing process improvements, track order volume and activity, and respond to tickets in a timely manner
  • Reconciling and auditing self-service transactions, working closely with revenue accounting and revenue operations teams
  • Performing UAT for system improvements, as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a professional who will support critical revenue processes end to end. You’ll partner closely with account teams and internal stakeholders (Legal, Accounting, Finance, BizApps, Professional Services, and more) to ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies. You will help maintain clean data across systems and provide exceptional service on order-related questions and issues.

THE TEAM:

Our  Clari + Salesloft [Order Management ] team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming deal and revenue operations professionals  who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Order Management team drives efficiency and accuracy across all order close processes and is a critical part of how we run revenue. The team sits within Deal Desk, providing operational rigor, analytical strength, and a strong customer-service mindset to our internal partners in Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, RevOps, and BizApps.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an order management, deal desk, finance, sales operations, or revenue operations function
  • A relentless focus on execution and operational excellence
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and flexibility to work extended hours during end of month, end of quarter, and high volume periods
  • Strong SFDC and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles
