Oversee the Order Fulfilment (Order-to-Cash cycle) for both financial and operational aspects, from order entry to clinical go-live.
Participate in annual revenue and expense budget planning.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, whether self-identified or company driven.
Ensure adherence to Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed-loop processes, and related improvements within the OF organization.
Maintain effective communication internally (with other departments, functional heads, and Product Supply Centres) and externally (distributors, partners, suppliers, and customers).
Strictly follow Elekta Compliance and Policy, ensuring deployment and execution within the team.
Provide mentoring, leadership, and career development opportunities for employees within the OF organization.
Coordinate import and export shipments, liaising with third-party vendors for customs clearance.
Manage project coordination from factories (UK, Beijing, Europe, U.S.) to hospital sites, ensuring timely delivery.
Support Asia Pacific & Japan regions as required.
Identify and implement logistics process improvements, including stock level calculations and optimal transportation routes.
Develop and enhance internal and external processes to meet company objectives.
Conduct logistics and financial feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
Manage inventory allocation and reconciliation.
Monitoring shipments progress from local and overseas warehouse to customer site
Coordinate with courier companies and overseas 3PL providers on a daily basis.
Track project implementation progress and develop corrective action plans as needed.
Handle Revenue Management Allocation and assist with monthly shipment reports.
Prepare shipping invoices, import/export documentation, and banking documents.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in Order-to-Cash processes, revenue forecasting, and backlog management.
Strong background in import/export operations, customs clearance, and working with 3PL providers.
Experience in project coordination across multiple regions (Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S.) and managing complex installations.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and logistics best practices.
Experience with Salesforce and Coupa is an advantage.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional language is an advantage.
Strong commitment to compliance and company policies.
Hands-on expertise in managing L/C transactions and processes. Exposure
to healthcare or medical technology is a plus but not required.
