We are looking for you, located in Trier or Vienna as a
ORBIS Pilot & Rollout Manager
Your tasks are:
You will oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities
In this role, you act as the central contact person for our update partners (customers)
You serve as an interface between our company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally
You are responsible for monitoring feedback from update partners, ensuring compliance with agreed response times and completion of assigned tasks
In coordination with the relevant departments, you will define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases
You conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners
To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams
You bring a high level of resilience and remain calm even in stressful situations
You are willing to work outside of regular business hours — because sometimes our customers need your support exactly the

If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions
You’ll bring in:
Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus
3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems)
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
Service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and communicative
Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently within a team
Strong analytical abilities and a structured, goal-oriented approach to tasks
You don’t settle for standard solutions — you question critically and think beyond conventional boundaries
Knowledge of French is an advantage
