As the Technical Site Assessor, you will:
Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to address site-specific needs and ensure alignment with deployment requirements
Build and analyze a comprehensive understanding of these technical elements is essential to assess and address site readiness effectively
The Assessor will also support sites during key times to address identified technical challenges and facilitate successful preparation and adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
Oracle Health Oracle Health EHR implementation experience
Previous Healthcare IT or EHR deployment experience
Hospital/clinic assessment experience and
Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project planning and execution and workstream domain
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences
Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 75% travel to client sites nationwide
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

This role is on a fixed-term consultancy basis, subject to the terms and duration outlined in the consultancy agreement. The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
