The Project Coordinator provides operational support for large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. In this role you will drive the planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and budgets. You will act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership and senior management.

As the Oracle Health Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee all deployment phases, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization

  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment execution

  • Develop strong understanding of client practices, policies, and processes to effectively perform role responsibilities

  • Support development of deliverables, including data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and documentation to inform decisions and drive progress

  • Document and escalate patient safety issues identified during or after deployment through appropriate channels for timely resolution

  • Coordinate and support triage efforts, including events, forums, and incident management workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued

  • Oracle Health Oracle Health EHR implementation experience

  • Previous Healthcare IT or EHR deployment experience

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project planning and execution and workstream domain

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences

  • Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)

  • Travel to hospitals and clinics in various geographies

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
