As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:
Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Health PharmNet and Immunizations, including formulary management, clinical decision support, medication reconciliation, inventory control, and compliance tracking
Support VA EHRM as a Solution Advisor, delivering knowledge transfer sessions, workshops, and solution translation for VA stakeholders
Support EHR implementation activities including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), configuration, testing, validation, go‑live, and post‑go‑live optimization
Assist with current‑ and future‑state workflow analysis, workflow diagrams, and identification of risks and pain points
Support testing activities including development of EHRM testing scripts and participation in all testing events
Assist with issue/risk management, change requests, and collaboration with Oracle Health and VA teams on build and workflow changes
Support cutover planning, go‑live activities, post‑go‑live stabilization, and review of training materials and job aids
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) PharmNet and Immunizations
Strong knowledge of medication management workflows and regulatory requirements (USP, DEA, FDA, CMS)
Experience supporting large‑scale EHR implementations, preferably in federal or VA environments
Ability to translate technical solution capabilities to clinical, operational, and governance stakeholders
Pharmacy licensure or certification (e.g., RPh, PharmD) preferred
Authorization to work in the United States
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
