The Clinical Informaticist Deployment Site Practitioner supports the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing/organizing discovery efforts at various hospitals & clinics (i.e. sites) related to workflows, clinical services, SOPs, shared services, & research information and perform post discovery analysis to inform functional & clinical scope and requirements. You will help build an understanding of the client's standard capabilities requirements, workflows and services that are essential to deliver meaningful discovery and gap analysis.

As the Oracle Health Project Manager Workstream Lead, you will:

  • Lead cross‑functional deployment teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure successful execution across sites

  • Plan and manage complex, multi‑site programs, aligning workstreams to strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints

  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support program execution and decision‑making

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and quality

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.

  • Deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision‑making

  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators using dashboards and metrics to monitor progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued

  • Previous Oracle Health EHR implementation experience including

  • Project management experience including large scale program management and strategic planning

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences

  • Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred

  • The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 50% travel to client sites nationwide

  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

  • US Citizenship required

This role is on a fixed-term consultancy basis, subject to the terms and duration outlined in the consultancy agreement. The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
