As the Change Management Operations Project Manager, you will:
Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables.
Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activities.
Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out activities within the role’s purview.
Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress.
Manages schedules of events and activities through the IMS. Provides configuration support for new builds and functional support for workflow optimization in post-deployment operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
Oracle Health Oracle Health EHR implementation experience with expertise in Change Management
Previous Healthcare IT or EHR deployment experience with demonstrated experience in project coordination, project planning and execution and workstream domain
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences
Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
Travel to hospitals and clinics in various geographies
Authorization to work in the United States

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
