The role:

As an Oracle Fusion SaaS Advisory & Pre-Sales Architect you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion SaaS and related products to drive successful pre-sales engagements. You will collaborate with our sales team and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions can meet and exceed those needs. This role demands a deep understanding of the Oracle SaaS application suite, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Assessment: Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs and objectives, and identify opportunities where Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions can address those requirements.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other relevant modules.

  • Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions that align with their business goals and requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to clients and address their technical questions or concerns related to Oracle Fusion SaaS, including integration, data migration, and security.

  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals, including pricing and solution documentation, tailored to the client's specific needs and objectives.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and implementation teams, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, security, and compliance of Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions in alignment with industry standards and best practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion SaaS updates, enhancements, and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations to both the solutions themselves and to sales strategies.

  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level or equivalent experience, relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Cloud Architect, Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist, etc) are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a pre-sales architect or consultant in Oracle Fusion SaaS

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS applications and their capabilities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address clients' business challenges.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend conferences.
