We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Development team at Marsh as an Oracle EPM Analyst .This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS/PBCS) or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP, GASP, FASB, and FASAB.
We will count on you to:
Implement and configure EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications, including building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, building dashboards, and automating business rules.
Gather business requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, provide training, define support procedures and SLAs, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in the creation of member formulas and any customizations in EPBCS, as well as the creation of complex business rules such as custom consolidations/aggregations, custom currency conversions, and dynamic calculations.
Build integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE, including locations, maps, custom/import scripts, and handling file-related or custom automation using Python Scripts.
Develop scripts using Python/Groovy/CDM APIs for scripting purposes.
Conduct testing, including system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, and prepare deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.
Utilize excellent Excel and VB Scripting skills to support various tasks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
What you need to have:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications.
Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
Proficiency in EPBCS Standard dimensions, member formulas, and customizations, along with creating complex business rules
Good working knowledge of EPM Automate.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $71,900 to $107,700.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
