Oracle EBS Senior Developer (4877)

Hanover, MD Full Time

 SMX is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS developer with Identity Management and APEX applications and architecture experience.  This position is a hybrid role supporting a Hanover, MD.

Essential Duties include:
 
- Cradle to grave ownership of custom applications integrated to EBS and full development lifecycle
- Develop solutions and deliver software enhancements on all aspects of Oracle EBS technical and Application Architecture
- Develop, deliver and maintain integrated user provisioning and access control solutions for Oracle EBS integrated with IdAM federated environments
- Develop and deliver programs using PL/SQL, Linux Scripting, LDIF/LDAP, APEX and other common Oracle EBS technologies. 
- Migrate code via Git/Bitbucket, manage tickets via JIRA and other software management activities

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of all aspects of Oracle EBS technical architecture and development methodologies
- 10+ years' experience developing custom applications integrated to EBS and full development lifecycle
- Significant experience (10+) Years developing solutions in Oracle EBS
- Strong understanding of Oracle applications and integrations especially in the Order to Cash modules and OM, AR and TCA schemas
- High skilled PL/SQL Development Skills
- Fully capable of managing Concurrent manager programs, fielding applications in EBS via application responsibilities
- Fully capable of establishing and maintaining custom Data Base Objects
- Advanced Data modeling expertise
- Strong experience in ETL
- Expert in Identity Management Architectures and protocols (LDIF/LDAP provisioning and scripting, Oracle SSO / IDM, EBS FND User Provisioning, SailPoint IDM)
- Strong development sills in Oracle APEX fielding full applications integrated to EBS from APEX
- BIT Bucket and GIT code management experience
- Federal Policy enforcement and PII encryption experience in Oracle DB platforms and EBS
- Ability to work with peripherals such as check scanners and credit card terminals and their technical integrations with EBS
- Strong customer service acumen

Desired Skills & Experience 

- Experience in upgrading Oracle DB, Applications and Middle Tier components
- Strong test plan and scenario production and validation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
- Level 2/3 help desk experience

$96,400$176,700 USD
