You Are:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Business Process Architect with deep expertise in Oracle E Business Suite modules and strong knowledge of business processes. This senior functional leader will drive enterprise process design, lead solution architecture, and support large-scale Oracle implementations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, advanced functional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and mission stakeholders.

The Work:

  • Design, innovate, and document end to end business processes, defining workflows, characteristics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support mission and operational requirements.
  • Partner closely with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints, establish business requirements, and drive process efficiency and standardization.
  • Take ownership of one or more Oracle EBS modules or functional business process areas, overseeing requirements, process design, configuration guidance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support Agile/Scrum teams during configuration and development activities to ensure the solution meets intended design, business needs, and Air Force standards.
  • Lead and present system demonstrations during blueprinting sessions, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and development phases to illustrate functional capabilities and validate requirements.
  • Conduct quality management and design assurance reviews to ensure functional, business, and technical requirements are fully met prior to deployment.
  • Educate and mentor stakeholders to ensure full understanding of business process designs and Oracle EBS functionality.
  • Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, and architect future-state solutions that comply with enterprise standards and optimize mission performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW development, integrations, data requirements, and testing.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance on Oracle usage, operational workflows, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Here's What You Need:

  • 10 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS modules (Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Financial, or related functional areas).
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Defense business processes, systems landscape, and operational workflows
  • Demonstrated experience designing functional process architecture for large-scale Oracle EBS or ERP transformation programs.
  • Expertise leading blueprinting, requirements definition, CRP sessions, functional design reviews, and stakeholder training.
  • 10+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience leading a team or project or a program
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience with Defense or federal ERP modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks, data governance, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Oracle certifications (EBS) are a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with functional leaders, developers, and mission stakeholders.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$148,800$306,500 USD
